3. Quotes, proposals, and contracts

Submitting a contact or quote form does not create a binding contract. We may respond with questions, a rough estimate, or a formal proposal depending on the request.

Scope, deliverables, timelines, fees, and responsibilities become binding only when both parties agree in writing—for example through an accepted proposal, statement of work, or signed agreement. Until then, any figures or timelines discussed are estimates and may change after scoping.

4. Website use and acceptable conduct

Third-party software, themes, plugins, fonts, stock assets, and platform licenses remain subject to their own terms. Clients are responsible for obtaining and maintaining licenses they need unless we expressly agree to procure them as part of the engagement.

7. Payment terms

Our aggregate liability arising from website use under these Terms is limited to the greater of (a) the fees you paid us specifically for website-related access in the twelve months before the claim, or (b) USD 100 (or equivalent), except where liability cannot be limited under applicable law. Liability for paid project or hosting work is governed by the applicable client agreement.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Codereyes from reasonable claims, losses, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your misuse of this website, your violation of these Terms, or content or materials you submit through our forms, except to the extent caused by our own negligence or willful misconduct.

Termination or completion of a paid engagement is handled under the applicable client agreement.

These Terms are governed by the laws of Bangladesh, without regard to conflict-of-law principles that would require another jurisdiction's laws. Courts located in Bangladesh will have non-exclusive jurisdiction over disputes arising from these Terms or use of this website, except where mandatory consumer or local laws give you other rights.
